Mary Black worked for a small law firm in Lamoille County for six years and then was assistant town clerk in the Town of Stowe for nine years. She worked for Coombs, Davis and McAllister for six years. Her combined total is 21 years of experience working with land records. Mary is happily married with three adult children.
Terrie has worked in law firms since 1977 specializing in real estate transactions for the last 35 years. Terrie finds it a pleasure to work with the various parties involved in a real estate transaction as she finds it one of the most important investments of a lifetime. When not at work, Terrie enjoys gardening and spending time with her family and pets.
Diane has over 20 years of experience working in law firms and has recently come back to the real estate field. Diane will primarily be focusing on working with our sellers in their transactions. She enjoys working with people and making sure everyone is happy. Diane is a lifelong Vermonter. During the summers she can be found enjoying her camp in North Hero, whether on the boat or just enjoying the sunshine by the lake. She loves spending time with her husband and three boys. Diane is a brand new grandmother with a beautiful granddaughter. In her spare time she enjoys playing bingo and going on shopping trips.
Patrick was born in Winooski, Vermont and has lived in the state most of his life. As a boy, he loved to read detective novels and try to figure out whodunit, which suits the work he does now. Going into the land records of various towns and figuring out the history of properties involves skill and persistence. The land records in Vermont are located in each town and of the 250 towns in the State of Vermont, he has been to nearly 200. His goal is to have completed title searches in all of them. Patrick lives in the town of Georgia with his partner and three cats. There he loves to ride his bicycle along the lake and over the hills. An avid fitness enthusiast, Patrick has trained and run many marathons, including three Boston Marathons. When not working or working out he reads books related to history, biography, and current events.
Sue joined Gale & McAllister in the Spring of 2018. She has 25 years of real estate experience with two previous law firms. A team player who enjoys helping clients achieve their goals. A short time was taken to learn what it was like to work in the mortgage lending business then sent me back to where I wanted to be, back into real estate and working with Attorneys. Now ready to learn about Probate and Estate Planning while continuing in the real estate portion on this great team. A native Vermonter who grew up being active, now enjoys spending time with family, friends and furry pets also enjoys boating on the lake, jet blading or dreaming of traveling when I retire.
Erin was born in Vermont and spent 16 years in Connecticut before returning home. Previous to Gale & McAllister PLLC, Erin worked full time as a legal assistant for Coombs, Davis & McAllister PLLC. Erin comes from a big family and is very close to her dog Sam. On the weekends, she likes to travel and go to sports games with family.
Deb is a native Vermonter. She has worked in the real estate law field for over ten years and has worked with Lisa for all of that time. Her primary focus is working with clients, lenders and realtors to insure a smooth transaction for all parties. She enjoys working with people and helping them through the closing process. When not at work, Deb spends time with family and friends, boating and supporting her many nephews and nieces at sporting events.
Lois is a key player in our continuing effort to become a paperless office. She spends her time scanning our files and documents so information can be obtained and provided easily to our clients. This allows us to assist our clients immediately from our desk computers, without having to recall files from storage. It also helps to keep our paper costs down and to do our part for the environment. Previously an early childhood educator in New York City, Lois moved to Vermont to spend more time with her daughter and family. In her spare time, she travels back to New York City to spend time with her sons and their families. She is a volunteer at the Possibility Shop and enjoys reading and taking part in community events.
